Many players have played the same class for years, and gear and skill are in a nice balance, usually compounding each-others value. The bracket usually will end up small enough for 1-3 games at a time at peak times, and longer 5-20 min queues for off hours, and generally you'll face the same twinks and random queuers at 60 within 1 game. This is generally a smaller, more in-game community oriented bracket. Things are almost coming to an end in this expansion, so it is time to begin preparing for level 60 to be the "non-expansion-enabled-paid-account" Twinking Level Cap.
